The arrangement is structured around a month-to-month residency. Termination of a month-to-month rental agreement requires a 30-day written notice. Renewal decisions are at the discretion of Kings Road RV Park management. Applicants may be required to undergo a comprehensive background check.

Number of People Staying in RV (4 max) *Age and condition restrictions do apply. All RV's and Vehicles coming into the park must be fifteen (15) years old or younger. All RV's and Vehicles older than fifteen (15) years are subject to park management inspection and approval prior to acceptance for move-in. Please include 4 color pictures taken from (1) front right, (2) front left, (3) rear right, (4) left.

Number of Pets (2 max)State Law and/or Park Rules require that pets be under the physical control of the owner at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended in the Park. Pets must be kept on an attended leash when outside your unit. For liability reasons, the following dog breeds categorized as “aggressive” are restricted from Queens Road RV park: Akita, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Serbian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolfdogs or Wolf Hybrids, and any mixture that includes these breeds or any pet that shows aggressive behavior. Additional pet restrictions may apply. Please see RV Park Rules for details.

Yes! If you are wanting to stay for longer than 10 nights, you will need to apply (no fee). To apply online, simply tap on the "Long Term Stays" link in the menu.

At Kings Road RV Park, we love our furry friends, but to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we have a few pet guidelines. Certain breeds considered aggressive, such as Akitas, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Malamutes, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolfdogs, or any mix of these breeds, are not permitted. Additionally, pets must not exceed 30 pounds, and each space is limited to two pets. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community pet-friendly and safe for all!

Kings Road RV Park offers a clean, convenient onsite laundry facility with 24 washers and dryers across two secure-access areas. Enjoy complimentary laundry carts, a folding table, and seating with a high-definition TV. Stay connected with high-speed internet, with login details posted for easy access. Plus, the larger facility overlooks the playground, so you can keep an eye on your kids while getting laundry done.

Kings Road RV Park in Pecos, Texas, offers a secure, indoor mailroom for tenants. Accessible with a security keyfob, you can conveniently receive and retrieve mail daily. Each tenant has a personal mail slot for letters and packages, all within a clean, air-conditioned space for added comfort.

At Kings Road RV Park, we know how important it is to stay connected, whether you're working remotely, streaming your favorite shows, or just checking in with family and friends. That’s why we offer free WiFi as a courtesy to all our guests! Enjoy reliable internet access from the comfort of your RV, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

‍Kings Road RV Park is connected to the Pecos city water authority and sewer system. There is a water hookup at each site.

Our pool is open from 10 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, during the regular season. It’s closed every Monday for deep cleaning. The pool also closes entirely during the winter months.

You’ll find it right in the heart of the park—exclusively for registered guests with key fob access. There is no lifeguard on duty, so we ask everyone to swim safely and responsibly.

Yes, Kings Road RV Park is fully gated and exclusively accessible to our residents with a secure key fob system.

I had a great experience here. Overall place is great gated community. I like how they have covered RV lots pretty great for hail storms. Most of your mail or online orders go to the mail room. They have a lot of for this RV Park. I came here to work for 6 months, but the company I work for lost some jobs so they sent me home. They were completely understanding and gave me my deposit back.

Cleanest laundromat I’ve used on our 4 month trip. Covered shelter for the trailer. Never met anyone in the office but gate instructions easy to follow. Only downside was the fireworks on New Years Eve but they were not put on by the park

We only spent one night while driving through Texas, but the park was very nice. Every campsite has a large covering, I imagine for the harsh summer sun. Plenty of room for slideouts. The roads are very wide so no tight turns. Cute dog park for small dogs to stretch their legs.

The neighborhood surrounding the park is scratchy – and that’s a nice way of putting it. However, the park itself is very secure with security guards on site.

We didn’t use the other amenities, but I can assume they’re as nice as the rest.
